Freightquote claims in a suit filed Aprilo 11 that the employees of its Rockwell Transportation Services LLC subsidiary eschewed their contractualp obligations to stay away from a list ofcompetingy companies. hired Lisa Walker, Jonathan Darro w and Jennifer Countiss after they resigned in shortf order from Rockwell between Februaryand March, the suit states. Freightquote.co is suing BAH Express as well, claiming it violated a motodr carrier agreementwith Rockwell, which indicated neithe r company would solicit the other's customers.
The lawsuitf claims the ex-employees' actions have cost Frieghtquote more than severakthousand dollars, but an attorney for the companyt said an exact amount won't be known untipl after depositions are completed.
